Is this the kind of place where if they don't recognize you, then you get no customer service? Because that was my experience. I've lived in this town all my life, and yet they treated me like a tourist. The older gentleman was helpful and courteous, but the middle-age man and woman couldn't be bothered by my presence. I asked him a question and he ignored me, only to have the woman spit out an answer as if I offended her. The customers they recognized however, got all smiles that quickly faded when I stepped up to the register. Customers notice that stuff! If the older guy is there, then I'll go back. The other two however, lost my business.

Reminds me up an old time trading post. Always get my paint there. Why go all the way out of your neighborhood when the same quality is here around the corner. Great place to get keys made and even fob key replacement.
